Shipping Within Europe

Orders within Europe will be processed within 2–6 business days. Shipping is free of charge for European orders over €100.

International Shipping

International shipping will be processed within 3-6 business days. International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on the package details and destination.

Summerhouse is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by our shipping carriers.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and state. These fees are not included in your order and are payable by the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Delivery address changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Summerhouse cannot be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must include the original return tag attached; items with removed or altered tags will not be accepted. If the item is received in brand-new condition, you will be refunded the value of the order minus any shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please examine your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@shopatsummerhouse.com.
